Information you choose to share

Enquiry forms collect your name, email and any business details or message you provide. Optional service selections and, on the Ad Leak Check, answers or results you choose to send help me understand your request. Please do not send account passwords or confidential customer data.

How enquiries are handled

I use your details to respond, assess fit and discuss requested services. Forms are processed by Formspree and may be delivered to my email inbox. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Booking and contact services

Booking links open Calendly; WhatsApp and email links open those services. Their privacy practices apply when you use them. See Calendly’s privacy notice. I use booking details to organise and conduct your requested call.

Website measurement

Optional analytics is inactive until configured. If enabled, the site asks for your choice before loading Google Analytics. Measurement covers page visits and actions such as opening the scheduler or successfully sending an enquiry. It does not include the name, email or message entered in the form.

Campaign tags and referring-site information may be included with your enquiry to help identify its source. Do not put personal information in campaign tags. The site may store a session-only campaign reference and your analytics preference in your browser.

Analytics is inactive unless configured.

Retention and requests

I keep correspondence for responding to enquiries and managing resulting business relationships, and review it for deletion when no longer needed. To ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have shared, contact kylehector12@gmail.com. Any obligations relating to a resulting engagement are considered separately.
